General Information

Fees: Unless otherwise noted, your conference fee covers conference materials, both conference-sponsored receptions, and coffee breaks. Rates have been adjusted to allow a variety of groups and individuals to attend. In order for the conference to remain self-supporting, all presenters MUST pay the registration fee with no exceptions. All chairs and presenters must pay their registration fees on or before 15 September 2009 in order to be included in the final conference program. Registration form attached.

Cancellations: If you have registered for the conference but are unable to attend, please notify us in writing at the address below. Cancellations received by 15 September 2009 will be eligible for a full refund.

Audio-Visual: A podium is standard equipment provided for each presenter. Use of ovehead projector and slide projector may be arranged if requested prior to 15 September 2009. Please note that we cannot provide computers or PowerPoint projection equipment, although presenters are welcome to bring their own.
